Tips for School District Payments!
Four professional workshops that don't require sub coverage is a great bargain for school districts to help their music educators acquire meaningful, specific professional development. While many schools will not be able to pay for professional memberships such as as national AOSA membership, you can easily apply for your school to cover the cost of a workshop or workshop series.
In order for your school to pay for your workshop series, St. Louis AOSA must be listed as a vendor for Purchase Order payments. Registering St. Louis AOSA as a vendor is a one-time task of turning in a tax form to your building secretary. Reach out to treasurer@stlaosa.org for a copy of the required W9 form to reduce your financial burden!
The following local school districts already have St. Louis AOSA listed as an approved vendor:
Rockwood
Parkway
Wentzville (coming soon)
TIP: Ask your district if they will pay for this professional development opportunity for you!
School districts should reach out to treasurer Rachel Puleo with questions or information at treasurer@stlaosa.org.
